Shipping

Currently, orders are being processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order is shipped out.

Porch pick up is also available if you are local to Greenville, South Carolina. When your order is ready, you will receive an email to coordinate pick up.

Returns & Refunds

Unfortunately, we do not offer returns or refunds at this point in time. However, if you are unhappy with the scent, we will be happy to exchange an unburned candle for a different scent. If you would like to start an exchange, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving of your order. Please note that the customer will be responsible for all additional shipping costs.

Damaged Items & Issues

While we pack every item and order with the utmost care, sometimes things still happen in transit. If your candle arrives broken or damaged or you receive the wrong item, please email us at catoandcocandles@gmail.com or submit a contact form within 5 business days of receiving of your order. We will be happy to help resolve the issue!
